Core records belong on your device
Rota, notes, workplaces, leave, TOIL and colleague records are stored in the device database by default. Both Free and Premium are ad-free. Device security, operating-system transfers and any files you export still matter; local storage is not a promise that data can never be copied.
Know what optional services receive
RevenueCat receives limited subscription and technical information, not your rota, notes or email address. If you deliberately create an available account and enable Premium Sync, a separate cloud copy is used to keep your signed-in devices up to date. Read the Privacy Policy before enabling optional connections.
Website KAI is not your rota assistant
KAI on this website answers product questions. It cannot access your DutyNest app, rota, notes, purchases or account. Do not enter workplace, health, payroll or account details into chat. Any separately available native assistant connection has its own permissions and is not enabled by visiting this website.
