Turn your saved shifts into a view of your working time. DutyNest calculates reports from your records, so the starting point is accurate dates, actual finishes and break settings.
Weekly/monthly summaries are Free. Advanced reports and CSV/PDF/iCalendar report exports require Premium. Free backup and personal-data export are separate controls.
Start with useful Free summaries
Free includes this-week, this-month and last-month summaries of paid time, working shifts, counted overtime and remaining leave. These are personal calculations from the information you saved, not verified payslip totals or employer attendance records.
Go deeper when you need it
Premium adds custom periods, contracted-versus-worked comparisons, averages, longest shifts, night/weekend insight, trends, shift mix and overtime-status detail. A difference between contracted and recorded hours is a prompt to review the records, not proof of a pay claim.
Choose what leaves your device
Premium CSV, branded PDF and iCalendar exports are generated on the device and handed to its share/save controls. Exports may contain personal or workplace details from the chosen records. Review the selected period and destination before sharing; creating a report does not send it to an employer.
A practical way to start
- Check shift dates, finishes and breaks for the reporting period.
- Review a Free summary or select a Premium custom period.
- If exporting, inspect the contents and choose a suitable private destination.
Are reports an official payroll statement?
No. They describe your saved personal records. Use official payroll and attendance systems to verify pay or resolve discrepancies.
